Exchange Policy

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.

  • We only offer replacements for fitting issues or incorrect products delivered by us.

  • Exchanges are NOT possible if:

    • A lens protector or skin is attached to your phone, as it may affect the coverโ€™s fit (especially for soft silicone covers).

    • There is a slight color variation, as colors may differ due to the printing process. Check our Instagram product videos for material reference.

    • There are minor variations (e.g., slight color differences, charm alignment).

    • ๐Ÿšจ Please note: Silicone covers may have transparent or colored sides, depending on the printing process. If you do not like the product due to this.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds as our covers are custom-made and printed on order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once moved to production.

  • Processing fees (shipping, payment gateway, and order processing charges) are non-refundable

Important Model Selection Note:

  • Ensure you select the correct phone model when placing your order.

  • Exchanges will not be possible if the wrong model is selected.

For example:
โœ… If you order Samsung A21, but your phone is Samsung A21s, an exchange will not be possible.
โœ… If your phone is 4G, but you select a 5G model, an exchange will not be possible.
